1. Who can use SkeelReel

SkeelReel is for people 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend or delete it. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.

You also agree that: (a) you will provide accurate information about yourself and your work; (b) you will not create an account on behalf of anyone else without their permission; and (c) you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

You own the videos, photos, text, and other content you post to SkeelReel ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant SkeelReel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You can delete Your Content at any time.

You are responsible for Your Content. Don't post anything that: is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is sexually explicit, harasses or threatens others, promotes violence or hate, or is spam.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Post false job listings, fake reviews, or misleading credentials.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use SkeelReel to send unsolicited messages or spam.

4. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account creates risk for other users or for SkeelReel. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

5. Third-party services

SkeelReel embeds and links to third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SkeelReel is a platform — we do not employ, endorse, or vouch for the businesses or individuals who use it. Verify credentials, licenses, and references independently before hiring or being hired.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkeelReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
